Each class starts with a light warm-up followed by variations and progressions of the get-up, swings, presses and squats. A 30 min. class to improve your strength and endurance.

Join us every Saturday morning at 8am for the weekend workout. Grab a fresh cup of coffee and start off with a light full body warm-up the progress into squats and single leg activities. Add crawls, rolling and core strength to keep you agile and mobile both right side up and upside down.
