Follow along for a simple but not easy practice. Focus on consistency, repetition and skill building to improve your whole body strength and endurance with a kettlebell.
Strength + mobility at the barre.
With a balance aid at your side, work on simple bodyweight movements inspired by the ballet to improve hip and ankle strength, core stability and overhead mobility.
Play with your strength.
Learn to move and use your body in simple patterns. Start with a full body warm up and progress from rolls and crawls to single leg squats and handstand progressions.
