We started Barres + Bells with the vision of sharing simple and strong exercises that promote movement and play for everyone, regardless of age. 

Our commitment to you is to keep you agile and strong. No matter where you are in the world, how much time you have or what your fitness level is, there’s a video for you.

Start with the basics.

This series is designed to teach you the basic movements of each of our practices- bodyweight, barre and bell. Start slow, take your time and practice consistency over intensity. Build a strong foundation for your practice.

Grab a bell.

Follow along for a simple but not easy practice. Focus on consistency, repetition and skill building to improve your whole body strength and endurance with a kettlebell.

Strength + mobility at the barre.

With a balance aid at your side, work on simple bodyweight movements inspired by the ballet to improve hip and ankle strength, core stability and overhead mobility.

Play with your strength.

Learn to move and use your body in simple patterns. Start with a full body warm up and progress from rolls and crawls to single leg squats and handstand progressions.
