Trees and old limestone buildings are visible through the tall windows that overlook the quaint one-way street below. In this space, we will restore and then recharge with simple techniques and full body exercises. Learn to enjoy the process and develop movement skills for life.

Group Classes | Drop-In

Seniors Continuing with Strength | Wednesdays | 10:30 am

Balance, and strength for the body and mind. Explore simple exercises to promote longevity and the enjoyment of fitness compliment your lifestyle. Improve balance, learn strength techniques to make everyday activities a little easier. Everyone welcome. 1 hour.

Barre Night | Thursdays | 6:15 pm

Practice movements for core strength and hip mobility with the barre basics. Start in first and mobilize your body with a strength and wellness pursuit with inspiration from the ballet. All levels welcome. 1 hour.

Stretch + Strength | Sundays | 11:30 am

Class starts slow with a joint by joint mobility warmup then progress to a kettlebell strength practice that will make you feel strong, accomplished, and excited to join us again for your next training session. Skills include deadlifts, squats, heavy holds, get-ups and swings. All levels welcome. 1 hour.

Handstand + Pull Up Class | Sundays | 2 pm

Right side up, or upside down. Hang out with us improve your handstands and pull-ups. Join a group class and learn the simple strength exercises you need to make it all happen. Skills include hollow holds, grip strength, crawls, wall climbs and pull-up phase holds.  All levels welcome. 1 hour.


Private Sessions

Kettlebell Skills | 1 hour

Simplify your workout routine with the kettlebell and practice, stability, mobility and strength. Start with bodyweight drills to pattern movements with your safety and the development of strength in mind. One - two participants welcome.

Bodyweight + Barre Skills | 1 hour

In this private session refine your skills with direct attention and individual feedback. Improve your balance, increase your tone and tighten up your workout routine with simple techniques at the barre, on the floor and with the most advanced piece of exercise equipment — your body. One - two participants welcome.

Tour + Consultation | Free | 30 mins

If you are unsure of where to start your training, begin with a tour of the studio and discuss what options are best for your specific needs. Whether it's improving your strength and mobility, recovering from an injury or to refining your skills we can help.


Corporate Workshops

Either in our space or yours, let us guide your team through a wellness workshop. Learn how the body moves joint by joint, practice small movements to reduce pain, and build basic body awareness to make everyday tasks easier. This workshop is for all levels and abilities.
