A Virtual Reality

This scene is from footage we recorded as part of our Barres and Bells Basics series at the end of February. For aesthetic purposes there is only one kettlebell in this picture. Little did we know that we would eventually move almost all of the kettlebells out of the studio by the end of the following month.

Words that sum up the month of March for us include,

Dream, Plan, Reflection, Emotion, Purple Book, Pivot, Action, Learn, Create, Change and Share.

Creating online content has long been an avenue we have considered exploring, but allocating our time to discover virtual realms has taken us the better part of 4 years. This past month saw our online consumption increase 500%. Currently, our YouTube subscriptions is at 112. Prior to this month, we had five.

Do you have a project that has been on hold for a while? Start it. Continue with it. JUST DO IT. We are happy that we did.

This pause to "normal" home-studio-occupational-life allows us to share our space with you at home and to people who may not have been able to see us in studio. Building the Barres and Bells online studio continues to provide us with new challenges and opportunities. We are proud of our product and look forward to sharing our passions for movement and Guelph with the world.

Using YouTube, LIVE Programming and ARCHIVE Library will continue to grow with Channels called "Strength and Swings", "Restore and Recharge" and "Morning CARs and Tunes"
